Manufacturing at SIRU Tape

Our manufacturing facility is organized around efficient roll-material processing, structured production routing and coordinated workshop operations.

A Production System Designed to Keep Work Moving

Each production area has a defined role, helping materials and work orders move through the facility in a clear and organized sequence.

Coordinated Material Flow

Roll materials and work-in-process products move between production stages.

Clear Process Handover

Production information moves with each job so the next operation receives the required specifications clearly.

Defined Production Routing

Each order follows a planned route based on its material structure and required processing steps.

Dedicated Work Areas

Key manufacturing activities are arranged in designated zones to keep workshop operations organized.

INSIDE OUR MANUFACTURING FACILITY

A Factory Organized Around Clear Production Flow

Our facility is divided into dedicated production and material-handling areas, allowing each stage of manufacturing to move through the workshop in an orderly sequence.

Material Preparation & Roll Processing

Raw materials and master rolls are prepared according to the requirements of each production job before entering the relevant processing line. Dedicated handling areas help keep different materials clearly organized and ready for scheduled production.

Dedicated Production Areas

Coating, film processing, slitting, rewinding and related operations are arranged in separate working areas according to their manufacturing function. This layout helps maintain a clear production sequence while reducing unnecessary movement across the workshop.

Finishing, Packing & Material Transfer

After the main processing stages are completed, finished and semi-finished rolls move into designated areas for further converting, packing or temporary storage. Organized transfer between these areas keeps production work easier to track and manage.

TAPE MANUFACTURING PROCESS

How Our Tapes Are Made

Each tape order follows a defined production sequence that prepares the material structure, converts master rolls and prepares finished rolls for packing.

Step 1
production process 1

Material Preparation

Backing materials, adhesive components and related roll materials are prepared according to the product specification.

Step 2
production process 2

Coating & Lamination

Adhesive is applied to the selected backing material, with lamination added when required by the tape construction.

Step 3
production process 3

Drying & Curing

The coated material passes through controlled drying to stabilize the adhesive layer before further processing.

Step 4
production process 4

Jumbo Roll Winding

Processed material is continuously wound into master rolls for efficient handling and subsequent conversion.

Step 5
production process 5

Slitting & Rewinding

Master rolls are slit and rewound to the required width, roll length and finished format.

Step 6
production process 6

Finished Roll Preparation

Completed rolls are organized by production order and prepared for the required finishing and packing stage.
